Located in the median of US Route 422 in Douglassville, Pennsylvania, Wright Partners developed a 5.8 acre parcel into four single tenant retail parcels with shared infrastructure and access.

Wright Partners developed a 5.6 acre parcel of land along West Bay Avenue near the Garden State Parkway entrance in Barnegat, New Jersey.  The Project consists of three single tenant buildings and one multi-tenant retail building.

Located on Pulaski Highway (US Route 40) in Newark, Delaware, Wright Partners developed a 10 acre parcel of land located in a historic overlay district of the County.  A 44,000 sq ft retail/commercial center consisting of six buildings was developed with strict requirements on architecture to blend with the history of the surrounding LaGrange community.
